END OF YEAR 2023 MESSAGE TO EMPLOYEES, LEADERS AND CITIZENS OF KAKUMIRO DISTRICT
It has been an honour to all of us to successfully complete the year 2022 and usher in 2023 inspite of the numerous challenges.
To our appointed and elected leaders, I would like express my heartfelt gratitude towards all the contributions you have made towards creating an enabling environment for the technical staff to deliver on the agreed upon performance targets within the resource constraints.
To our valued employees, your individual contributions have been critical to every target we have registered. Thank you for being a member of a winning team. To those employees in the health sector, especially those on the duty rosters during these festive seasons, thank you in a special way for being available to save lives.
To the citizens of Kakumiro District, you are the reason why we exist. We appreciate your valued feedback towards setting the development agenda for our district. Please continue guiding us on the best way to serve you better through the citizens’ engagement platforms we have put in place and bear with us wherever we have fallen short of your expectations.
